As a part of a school art project at BYU, designer Andrew Capener has tweaked his idea for a Designer Edition Scrabble into a work of art.
Says Capener: “The purpose of this project was to revive an old, but loved game. The idea was to excite people about typography by giving them the ability to choose what font their scrabble set would come in. The set would be available in the font of your choice or with an assorted font pack. “
The product you now see features six magnetized walnut pieces that stick together to form the playing board, with a slip-free, cork base. You will also be able to choose from a list of fonts & order additional fonts for your letter pieces.
