Packages That Pop: Amelie’s & Friends
Posted by fontgear in Font Related, Uncategorized on March 11, 2013
We are starting a new bi-weekly feature, in addition to ‘Typeface Tuesdays’ called ‘Packages That Pop’.
I’m probably preaching to the choir, but I am constantly amazed & saddened to see new small businesses open that are poorly branded. There is no consistency. No personality. Nothing to set it apart from box stores or any other shops. The way you package & brand your ‘product’ – or choose not to, whether it is actual goods sold, a service etc… can make all the difference in a company. It is often seen as an unnecessary expense, when in reality, it is a crucial & sadly, over-estimated factor. Also contrary to public opinion – it doesn’t have to be that expensive. A little can go a long way.
We are lucky with the internet to see excellent examples of packaging & small business branding from across the world & we are excited to be sharing with you just a few of them that we run across. We hope you enjoy what we share & that it sparks your own creativity.
Our first example is restaurant called Amelie’s & Friends out of West Sussex. Packaging by I Love Dust
